Empties every room and the garden, so she starts with nothing in it. Her levels, stars and unlocked rooms stay.
Anything she bought with coins in her Dream House shop (and the attic studio) is taken out and the coins go back into her wallet, so she can buy it again.
A full copy of the house is kept, so this can be undone, as long as she hasn’t spent the refunded coins yet.
